Powder spot coating is a kind of thermal coating method, which forms regular dot arrangement on the fabric, and the coating amount can be strictly controlled. Powder coating machine has different models due to different structure of heating roller and different heat source. The powder point machine has been successfully manufactured in China, and the heating roller is heated by electric heating or oil heating. There are two kinds of powder coating, the circle net method and the carving roller method. Among them, the carving roller method is widely used.
One step powder coating is an innovative equipment in China Bo interlining factory. It broke the old tradition of multi-path production, and it is a complete one-step production line. From the feeding to the sub assembly of the primary product, the production efficiency is high, and the whole machine powder has six sections: the cloth inspection and stacking section, the powder coating section, the baking section, the cooling rolling section, the distribution stacking section and the distribution and distribution sub assembly section.
1. Distribution section:
(1) Connect the bottom cloth joint with sewing machine and prepare to go on the machine. The needle density of the machine shall be close to the bottom cloth through tightness, and the joint shall be reliable.
(2) Cloth collector: pull down the cloth to be connected at a speed of 40-50m / min, stack 3 Distribution slots, observe the quality of bottom cloth during operation, and cut the method with wave holes and defective products which do not meet the requirements.
(3) Stacking box: the distribution box is a U-shaped structure. The cloth is moved before turning over by using the pressure difference. The stacking box can store 1000-2000 meters of bottom cloth for the operation of the machine when 2 (cloth collector) is cut.
(4) Tight cloth frame: used to adjust the surface tightness, and the appropriate tension is sent to the machine coating.
(5) Edge absorber: the edge absorber automatically adjusts the left and right deviation of the cloth surface to make the cloth surface go straight into the coating machine.
(6) Workbench: the operator can stand on the operating table, and feed, observe and other working positions.
2. Powder point coating section:
(7) Heat roller: the bottom cloth is heated for the first time, and the temperature of the heating roller is generally about 150-180 ℃.
(8) Rear heating roller: the rear heating roller heats the bottom cloth to the required cloth surface temperature, and the general temperature is 180-220 ℃.
(9) Hopper: hopper is a powder making appliance, which has agitator, scraper and other parts.
(10) Powder carving roller: the carving roller is the part of powder point transfer. The semi melting state of the powder point is applied with glue, which mainly depends on the number of items and temperature of the carving roller.
(11) Front heating roller: the front heating roller belongs to the second transfer roller. If the first (rear heating roller) is not completely transferred, the front heating roller will be heated again to transfer the powder point completely, and the temperature is generally about 180-200 ℃.
3. Melting section: (12) melting baking section: mainly make the semi melt particles transferred from the powder roll further warm up and deep melt, so that the particles penetrate into the cloth surface (1/3) to make it firm.
4. Cooling section: (13) cooling rolling pressure: make molten rubber particles cool (rolling) fixed.
5. Distribution section: (15) cloth collector: the distributor is a stepless automatic governor, which brings the Braille out of the rolling mill to the stacking table.
(16) Stacker: it automatically stack the incoming cloth into layers and place it on the stacking table in order.
(17) Stacking platform: the stacking platform is a inclined J-type stacking box, which slides down in sequence with the folded cloth of the folding machine, and turns out from the bend to the upward. The stacking table can store about 500 meters of cloth. For inspection and distribution, stop storage.
6. Check the cloth distributing and distributing section (18) to tighten the cloth frame: the tight cloth frame is used to adjust the tension of the winding and winding of the sub assembly.
(19) Edge device: edge aspirator is to adjust the cloth surface to enter the winder in order.
(20) Counter: counter is used to measure the number of roll meters.
